■  Quality Assurance Condition质量保证条件

·存储温度(℃)Temperature：-55℃~150℃

·相对湿度(%RH)Relative humidity：40%-70%

·潮湿敏感等级(*)MSL：Level 2

·可存储期限(月)Maximum storage time：24

·高温耐热性Resistance heating：260℃

·能承受的正常焊接次数Maximum soldering times：3次

■  Product Warranty and Maintenance Service Standard 产品保修期及维修服务标准

·正常使用状态保修期Warranty：5年

·产品可维修期Maintenance service period：10年

      ·产品保修或维修后的保修期Secondary warranty：5年

      ·维修周期 Repair time ：2周~4周

      ·超出保修期外维修费用 Repair charge for non-warranty：用户承担维修费用

      ·其它额外费用说明 Other extra charge：暂无

■  Response Time and Analysis/Locating Time 响应时间和分析定位时间

       ·维修回复响应时间Maintenance reply response time：72H

       ·维修后交付时间（正在生产型号）Deliver time after repair（Production model）：3周

       ·维修后交付时间（未生产型号）Deliver time after repair（Non-Production model）：2月

       ·分析/定位时间Analysis/Locating time：7天

■  Product Repair and Rework Standard/Condition 产品维修，返工标准/场景条件

·5年正常保修期内，未焊接使用：可以返工返修

·5年正常保修期内，已经焊接使用：不可返工返修

      ·5~10年，超出正常保修期，未超出产品可维修期，未焊接使用：用户付费返工返修

      ·5~10年，超出正常保修期，未超出产品可维修期，已经焊接使用 ：不可返工返修

      ·10年以上，超出产品可维修期 ：不可返工返修
