   Shenzhen Huayang Communication Technology Co., Ltd. was established in October 2005. In June 2015, it was acquired by Tianhe Defense (stock code: 300397). HTD is a high-tech enterprise engaged in the independent research and development, production and sales of mobile communication RF products, with R&D centers and production bases in Shenzhen and Xi'an, covering a total area of about 50,000 square meters and a daily production capacity of 500,000 units. There are more than 70 scientific researchers, all of whom have many years of experience in the research and development of microwave ferrite materials and devices. HTD is also the only manufacturer in China that has its own production of microwave ferrite materials and devices (circulators/isolators). The main service customers are ZTE, Huawei, Ericsson, Samsung, Nokia and other multinational communication giants and well-known domestic mobile communication equipment companies.

Shenzhen Huayang Communication Technology Co., Ltd. has passed the ISO9001 quality system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system, ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system, ISO22301 business continuity management system, ISO/IEC 27001 information security management system, IECQ: QC080000 hazardous substances management system certification. In 2021, it was rated as a "high-tech enterprise" in Shenzhen, and in 2023, it was rated as a "well-known brand in Shenzhen". So far, the company has obtained 19 invention patents, 107 utility models, etc., with a total of more than 100 patents.
