Conflict Minerals Declaration

Based on the requirements of corporate social responsibility (CSR), the Company complies with international standards and controls for metal minerals from armed conflict, illegal mining and poor environment mining (hereinafter referred to as conflict minerals), and undertakes to state the following :

1)None of the metals used or contained in any of the products or parts delivered by the Company are "conflict minerals" from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and surrounding countries or any armed forces in those countries.

2)The Company will truthfully fill in and reply to the survey of "conflict minerals" and provide other information as required by the customer, and promises the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the content replied and the information provided.                                     

3)The Company undertakes to establish a complete conflict minerals policy, management system and investigation framework consistent with the relevant statutes, including but not limited to Section 1502 of the U.S. Dodd-Frank Act, and guidelines published by relevant agencies, such as the EICC.

The Company applies the same standards to its suppliers not to purchase conflict minerals and extends the requirements to upstream suppliers.


MITIGATE RISK

Continue business throughout measurable risk mitigation efforts. Temporarily suspend business during on going measurable risk mitigation. Disengage where risk mitigation is not feasible or unacceptable.
